In the fourteen years since I had started OI, very few things have been as exciting and intriguing to me as
this imminent marketplace upgrade to outsourcing 2.0.
The prospect of better, faster more intelligent outsourcing is quite attractive and
honestly long overdue. Far too many of you - buyers, advisors and providers - have been
struggling for years in this space.
Based on our research as well as the many discussions I have had with all corners of the outsourcing
