The full day event format includes:
Moderated by an OI representative, breakout sessions or interactive
problem solving roundtables provide an intimate environment
that allows participants to delve deep into issues and challenges
that face outsourcing professionals. Twice a day, attendees
break up into ITO/BPO and contract/governance groups where
each attendee discusses his/her challenges, as well as key
